DoDA - the new Drawing Directory

Last year I had the great honour of being selected to exhibit with the Drawing (Paper) Show @drawingpapershow – a fantastic initiative championing contemporary drawing, co-founded by the brilliant Colette Lilley, Sarah Jane Richards, and Jon Barraclough.

It was such a special experience to be part of the show, which brings together a diverse and thoughtful group of artists whose practices centre around drawing in all its many forms. And now, something wonderful has grown out of it…

✨ Introducing: DoDA – The Directory of Drawing Artists ✨

Set up by the Drawing Paper Show team, DoDA is a searchable online directory that showcases artists who specialise in or exhibit drawings. It’s open to anyone who has exhibited in one of the Drawing (Paper) Shows and offers an incredible platform for our work to be seen, shared, and discovered.

The aim is to make drawing-focused artists more visible, connected, and accessible – whether you’re a curator, collector, student, or fellow artist. It's such a valuable resource and I’m thrilled (and a little giddy!) to now be part of this growing directory of brilliant, thoughtful, and wildly talented creatives.

A huge thank you to the team behind DoDA and the Drawing (Paper) Show for their energy, generosity, and commitment to supporting drawing as a vital and vibrant part of contemporary art.
